I am looking for relief. I have gotten coldsores for years. In the last five I have been very fortunate and have reduced my outbreaks, but I have a classic textbook outbreak presently. My whole upper lip is ulcerated as is the middle of my lower lip. I have not had a cold sore in over a year. Frankly I got pretty use to not having them. I would like that to be more the story of my life . Any advice from fellow cold sore people?
