Does anyone ever feel like they are destine to be alone?  I am an attractive female with good goals in life and a lot of heart to give.  But it is almost like I don't even want to date anymore because I am too humiliated to tell the person I am dating what I  have for fear of the response.

That's exactly how I've felt. For a very long time. I'm a good looking man with a great job and a lot to offer but I'm terrified of meeting someone and falling for them and then scaring them away when I tell them I have herpes.

That is exactly how I feel! I mean me n my ex(now) broke up like a week ago and I so want to be single and do my own thing but I'm so scared that I find someone I really care about and then they walk out on me too! Neither one of us knew who gave it to who but, he felt 'unattracted' to me after I told him about it, well DUH DIPSHIT! THERES NO DIFF. BETWEEN ME N YOU NOW! but we were headed downhill anyway and that was just the icing on the cake! But I'm still scared of being alone forever! This guy I used to mess with in high school came back into my life, thanks myspace! lol but he lives in FL n i live in Louisiana and he wants to come out here n be with me but I keep giving him excuses why he cant come right now! So I really don't know what to do about it, no one knows about 'this' but me n my ex...
